It’s good to be back home! Having just returned from Belgium a few days ago, I’m ready to do some serious stamping and I will be doing so all day today at a SCS shoebox swap in Baltimore. This is the card I designed for the swap. It is based on Sketch Challenge 194 and should be a 10-minute (or even 5-minute) card.

This is a card I made for a World Card Making Day challenge on SCS last month:
– Make a thank you card
– with CHOCOLATE or other browns and
– using Beate’s sketch (WCMD09D)
I used the many · many · many · many thanks image from the Four Square set and stamped it four times to make a larger square. The flower was created by removing the white stitching from one side of the double-stitched ribbon and pulling the stitching on the other side. I wrapped the ribbon around a brown corduroy button and attached the flower to the card with a pop-up glue dot.

It’s fun to be able to celebrate my nephew Ewout’s 15th birthday with him, right here in Belgium! I made this card for him using Beate’s weekend sketch (WSC103), right before I left home. The layout gave me the chance to play with some of my newly acquired Nestabilities.
I was inspired by the card Nancy Riley made for her son Drew’s 15th birthday. Loved the black & white patterned paper with this silhouette stamp!
