DIY Stencils

I hadn’t really thought about creating my own stencils until I saw the DIY Stencils tutorial by Jennifer McGuire on Day 4 of the Stenciled online card class. This card was inspired by her Hello Card on the Bonus: New Stenciling Products day.

I cut a butterfly out of acetate with the Bigz die to use as a stencil for the butterfly shape, and applied the small décor stencil on top for the layered effect. The sentiment was cut out of black card stock three times to create a thicker embellishment. Dazzling Details were added after it was adhered to the card.

Thanks for stopping by!
