Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge

My Waltzingmouse Stamps order arrived in the mail today, and I saw that as a sign that I should participate in their sketch challenge for the first time. The deadline is tonight, so I just made it in the nick of time. This would have been a very quick card if it hadn’t taken me a few tries before I had the background stamped the way I liked it. I am so used to breaking out my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig that it felt weird not to use it with these clear stamps.

I got lots of birthday cards to send out this month, so I selected a birthday sentiment that I received as a “thank you” gift with one of my Verve Stamps orders. It’s also one of the stamps in the Big Wish stamp set.

Thanks for stopping by!

Stamps: Very Vintage Labels No. 4, Pic-Nic Patterns (Waltzingmouse Stamps); Big Wish (Verve Stamps)
Paper: Pure Luxury Lipstick Red, White (Gina K. Designs)
Ink: Memento Paris Dusk, Rhubarb Stalk (Tsukineko); Always Artichoke (SU!)
Accessories: Big Shot, Dress Up Ribbon Originals, Stampin’ Dimensionals (SU!); Labels Four Nestabilities (Spellbinders); Red Camellia Jolee’s by You (EK Success); White Satin Ribbon (unknown)
