Folded Paper Frame

Here’s a friendship card I made after seeing the Folded Paper Frame tutorial on SCS. This frame works great with double-sided patterned paper.

For the multi-colored background I used the Depth of Field technique from the June 2009 issue of the Technique Junkie Newsletter. I basically stamped the elegant heart image with a light, medium, and dark ink, trying to cover most of the Whisper White panel.

The scalloped panel started out as a 3-13/16″ square piece of Sahara Sand card stock. After punching the corners, this size lines up perfectly with the guide on the scallop trim border punch.

Thanks for stopping by!
