This is a Splitcoast challenge I don’t often participate in, but I really liked the rules of today’s Plenty of Patterns challenge:
- ½ sheet of plain cardstock for your card base—no other plain papers…NONE. Not even for mats.
- Plenty of patterned paper, decorative paper, flocked paper, glitterized paper, shiny paper, etc.
- No coloring supplies…no copics, pencils, markers, crayons, etc.
- Please keep embellishments simple.
I thought this simple layout with the paper pieced flower was perfect for drawing the attention to the Anne Frank quote, which is the English translation of “wie gelukkig is, zal anderen gelukkig maken.” She was a remarkable young girl…
