Virginia Beach SCS Swap

Today I’m joining a whole bunch of enthusiastic Stampin’ Up! demonstrators at the Regional Seminar in Virginia Beach, VA. I signed up for a swap with 19 other Splitcoaststampers, and we’ll be having dinner together after the seminar. This is the card I made for them, featuring the To You & Yours stamp set.

I decided to use a Top Note die cut for this tent topper card (idea by Michelle Wooderson). The card base is an 8-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ piece of Night of Navy card stock, folded in half. The Night of Navy Top Note die cut is adhered to the card for a total height of 5-1/2,” which means the card still fits in a regular size envelope. The Baroque background was stamped with Night of Navy ink (my DH said it looked like velvet), and the Cute & Curly stamp was inked up with a marker, to omit the words inside the frame. The To You & Yours saying fit perfectly inside the frame.

Thanks for stopping by!
